At Willow Lane Co., we believe that true luxury includes a seamless, transparent delivery experience. We specialize in regional, domestic U.S. fulfillment to ensure your curated apparel, home goods, and architectural lighting arrive swiftly, securely, and without unexpected border delays.

1. Domestic U.S. Fulfillment & Dispatch

  • Regional Hubs: All orders are stocked and dispatched directly from our regional fulfillment nodes within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard U.S. delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your exact geographic location.

2. Shipping Rates & Tiers

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer complimentary U.S. domestic shipping on qualifying orders over our promotional thresholds (announced periodically on our storefront).

3. Tariffs, Duties, and Customs

  • Zero Customs Tariffs: Because all orders are fulfilled directly from domestic U.S. nodes, our customers within the United States experience zero import duties, custom fees, or hidden cross-border tariffs. What you see at checkout is the final price.

4. Fragile & Specialized Packaging

  • The Residence & Lighting Curation: Fragile items such as hand-thrown stoneware, ceramic table settings, and architectural LED bathroom lamps are individually inspected and packed in specialized, shock-proof, sustainable boxing to guarantee they arrive in museum-grade condition.

  • Apparel Curation: All Apparels are carefully folded in protective, eco-conscious garment packaging to maintain their structure and pristine hand-feel during transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your curation is dispatched from our fulfillment node, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a secure link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

6. Shipping Inquiries & Support

If you have questions regarding an existing shipment, expedited delivery requests, or address modifications, please reach out to our client concierge team at blubow55@gmail.com. Please reference your order number for prompt assistance.
